The Incubator includes spaces for associations and civil society organizations, an art gallery, and a hostel. These facilities are organized across three floors, visually connected by a central multi-story open area.
The ground floor features an open exhibition space, a lounge area, a cinema hall, and rooms for the film club.
The first floor contains a flexible open-space area, a classroom/meeting room, and a kitchenette. On the second floor, there is a hostel with five rooms, offering a total of 18 beds.
