The ground floor of the Silos houses a café bar, while the first and second floors each contain six offices intended for the cultural and creative industries.
On the 3rd and 4th floors, there are shared spaces that include a communal kitchenette for users, with fully glazed façades offering views over the entire city.
The materiality of the Silos is expressed through the strong relationship between structure and design; the reinforced concrete structural grid also serves as the building’s main design feature.
Open space
A multifunctional area suitable for business presentations, book promotions, meetings, workshops, and other events. It is flexible and adaptable to users’ needs, with an added advantage of a gallery above that serves as a lounge zone.
