Operation of the equipment by users is approved exclusively by the Center and forms an integral part of the usage agreement. The use of the rehearsal rooms is charged according to the current price list available on the Center’s website. The use of the rehearsal rooms is scheduled according to a predetermined calendar through an online system. By reserving rehearsal rooms, users confirm that they are familiar with all internal regulations of the Center, which are available on the Center’s website, including these Special Terms.
It is recommended to reserve the space as early as possible through the online system. If you’re visiting the rehearsal rooms for the first time, it is necessary to fill in the indicated field during the online reservation.
A reservation can be canceled in the following way:
Reservations can be canceled online, via email, or by calling the Center.
In the event of non-payment, the Center reserves the right to deny further use. The Center also reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, the user will be offered the first available time slot free of reservation charges.
Time slots in the rehearsal rooms are assigned to individuals, groups, and organizations exclusively through the online system.
Based on the reservations, the online system determines the precise usage times, i.e., the rehearsal room usage calendar.
The minimum duration of a time slot is 120 minutes per reservation. The minimum duration includes the time from the moment of entry until the moment of exit. The maximum duration is determined in accordance with the reservations in the calendar.
In cases of repeated cancellation of already confirmed time slots (except in cases of force majeure, i.e., circumstances beyond one’s control), non-payment of two issued invoices, or in cases of serious violations of user obligations and failure to comply with internal regulations, the Center reserves the right to deny further use of the premises for a certain period. This decision is made by the Director.
The Center gives priority to programs taking place in the hall and reserves the right to deny the use of rehearsal rooms in the event that the hall is reserved.
Fees for the use of the rehearsal rooms are determined by the current price list published on the Center’s website. An invoice for the use of the rehearsal room will be sent to the user by email after the reserved time slot has been used.
Smoking is prohibited in the rehearsal rooms of the Center. Users of the rehearsal rooms are advised to avoid consuming drinks; under no circumstances is it allowed to place liquids on amplifiers or other equipment. Users are required to lower the volume on amplifiers before turning them off, return cables to their designated places, dispose of trash in bins, keep the room doors closed at all times, and respect the time of their reserved slot. In the event of improper handling of equipment or other inventory, or in the case of damage to the premises or equipment caused by the user, the user is required to compensate for the resulting damage.
All information regarding the use of personal data and the video surveillance system is available on the Center’s website. During the registration process in the online system, users confirm that they are informed about and agree with the information regarding the use of personal data.
