The Unique “ANIMALIJA” by Danijel Žeželj and Roj Osa
Through several photos, we bring you part of the atmosphere from the multimedia performance Animalija, which took place at Regenerator on September 11. Animalija is a performance based on the interaction between music and painting, merging sound and image into a narrative stage piece. The visual segment was created by the world-renowned visual artist Danijel Žeželj, whose live painting was accompanied by the musical group Roj Osa, a project by brothers Alen and Nenad Sinkauz and drummer Marco Quarantotto, long-time collaborators of Žeželj.
The entire hall packed with people enjoyed watching the creation of an artwork in real time, an experience Žeželj rarely offers even in Croatia. We are especially proud that our Center was chosen as the venue for such a remarkable event. It was truly a unique and unrepeatable act of Žeželj’s artistic expression in interaction with music.
We remind you that the artwork created during the performance will be offered at auction, with all proceeds dedicated to the construction of the PIK PAK House in Zabok, a project by the Naša djeca Zabok Association. More information can be found on their official website.
